Vection Technologies Secures AUD $4 Million Enterprise Tech Deal With Omniacom Group in Italy
Vection Technologies has announced the signing of a three-year agreement with Italy’s Omniacom Group, securing a deal worth AUD $4 million for the deployment of its proprietary technology across several major enterprise projects.
Under this framework, Vection Technologies will supply its INTEGRATEDXR platform, which integrates artificial intelligence analytics and extended reality (XR) visualisation tools, to enterprise clients of Omniacom Group. The total binding purchase orders from Omniacom Group, including Omnia Comunicazioni and Piemme Telecom, amount to AUD $3,939,000, to be delivered through phased rollouts tied to specific service milestones.
Vection Technologies stated that this represents its largest monthly order intake, allowing the company to surpass AUD $10 million in orders for June. The board highlighted the deal’s material significance, as its value is well above Vection’s announcement materiality threshold.
The INTEGRATEDXR stack enables predictive analytics and automated decision-making within business operations, equipping teams to analyse complex, data-heavy environments using immersive dashboards and interactive 3D models for real-time insights. The agreement also includes consulting, system integration, application management, and end-to-end design of product-system-service solutions, supported by Vection’s intellectual property.
The solution will be deployed across multiple sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, automotive, energy and utilities, government administration, and healthcare—all industries that require data-driven tools for management and transformation.
This partnership also strengthens Vection Technologies’ channel strategy in continental Europe, supporting distributor-led sales and market needs for integrated AI and XR solutions.
“This $4.0m order confirms immediate demand for our AI-powered XR solutions. Together with Omniacom, we will transform how enterprises visualise and act on data,” said Gianmarco Biagi, Managing Director of Vection Technologies.
Riccardo Piffer, Managing Director of Omniacom Group, added, “Vection offers a broad suite of cutting-edge technologies that meaningfully expands our value proposition. This partnership enables us to guide clients through every stage of digital transformation—from strategic design to immersive deployment.”
The Vection Technologies board classified the agreement as material, since the contract value exceeds AUD $500,000. The announcement was authorised by the board in line with company policy.
