“How do we prepare hundreds of new workers for jobs that don’t yet exist in a physical space? As the program’s technology partner, Virtualware delivers VR-based modules covering battery cell assembly, safety protocols, quality control, and production operations — all within VIROO Rooms, full-scale collaborative environments that replicate real factory workflows. Trainees gain risk-free, hands-on experience that eliminates the need for physical mock-ups while reducing overall training time.
